Depending on individual factors of the county or other entity, including funding considerations, campaign and paid media strategies may vary greatly. Wingspan partnered with a media company with experience working with other social service agencies and nonprofits to maximize the impact of OHTP’s Level UP campaign through highly targeted advertising in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. In-house social media, e-blasts, and extensive outreach efforts were also employed in addition to paid media.
